about

Outro: Kelli Mckinney

If I made an album, this what it would sound like.

Moreso rings even more true now that I'm "kinda" out of the bubble, but this whole "too cool to care" aesthetic (accesorized by cigs, tumblr accounts, those facebook profile cover pics with the low quality photoshop skills on an ocean backdrop, and a nihilistic/pessimistic world view of issues) is infectious and tiring.

Dedicated to you Bard(ians), sometimes the best kind of love's the tough one.
------
Here we go, here we go, here we go again/The madness, plus the sadness is kicking in/It's kinda funny how that attitude is conquering/With you looking at the world like you'll never win/But see you played yourself/Look at where you could've been/Should've been/Or even would've been/All you gotta do is take a step back but all you do is criticize/Complaining bout the storms when it's sunny outside/Plus your actions be, similar to hypocrite/Always walking 'round saying we should act different/Acting holier than thou like that'll make a difference/Then you turn around and pull some snake shit/Slytherin you/Really need to add up all of your blessings and count em/But your apathy makes it harder to see the pic/So how the future not looking better than ever/Cause you finding salvation in the form of littered cancer sticks

You gotta learn to appreciate life a lil' more
He gotta learn to appreciate life a lil' more
She gotta learn to appreciate life a lil' more
Cause you wont know what you got until it's gone

Until it's gone away, opportunity/The struggle just to reach it is all you seem to see/The happiness around you so heavenly/But all you seem to give me is negativity/And worse of all/Now you doing underhanded acts/Gossiping bout this and that/Talking smack/Behind an app/Behind a mac/Behind they back/What part of the game is that?/You acting similar to alternate names of a cat/And tell me why you gotta waste your precious time on things that/Really you shouldn't even be paying mind/Cause really with you, it's always something/Yo, I swear on everything/They always mad at everything/How we 'posed to make it in this world of vengeance/When every resident's dedicated to feel offended/Yo get some ice for your insecurities and chill/Create a revolution, a seed together and build

And maybe learn to appreciate life a lil' more
You gotta learn to appreciate life a lil' more
You gotta learn to appreciate life a lil' more
Cause you wont know what you got until it's gone

And you! The worst one of them all/Always thinking everything is somehow your fault/And recently times have turned you pessimistic/And I don't really get it/It's borderline ridiculous/I mean you're always whining and boasting/Over things that are minor compared to problems across the ocean/Always in a ranting mood/You need a better paintbrush cause life is filled with colors but all you see is blues/But keep holding on to painful memories/Doing nothing for you but adding negative energy/Whatever happened between, your mother and your father you gotta let go like Dumbledore in Harry Potter scene/Cause their love for you and your brother is infinite/Similar to the souls of Donnie and Marvin's kid/Wipe away the tears just to make the vision clearer/Found out I was talking to a mirror/And that's why I

I gotta learn to appreciate life a lil' more
I gotta learn to appreciate life a lil' more
I gotta learn to appreciate life a lil' more
Cause you wont know what you got until it's gone
